Sarnafast
Screws
Sarnafast screws are used as fasteners in the Sarnabar System and the Sarnafast
System. They perfectly match Sarnafast barbed washers and are protected against corrosion with Durocoat.
Sarnafast
screws are suitable for fastening to these substrates:
- corrugated
steel decks from 0,75 mm to 2 x 1,25 mm
- wood planks, wood framing,
plywood (particle board is unsuitable as a roof deck), that
offer at least 24 mm of penetration.

Sarnafast screws are available in two formats:
loose and collated (up to
240 mm). Collated
Sarnafast screws can be driven automatically using a modified SFS screw gun.
Manufacturer’s
recommendations apply for thread lengths of common screws available through Sarnafil (rule of thumb:
thread length + 20 mm = screw length).
