Educational Sales Specialist, Southeast and Western Region
Sarnafil

We have 3 openings (Southern California, Bay Area, and Orlando, FL) and are seeking dynamic professionals
to work in a sales team environment.
The ideal candidate
is able to travel within the assigned territory.
The individual in this position is responsible to provide educational sales support at the regional
level to our customers to achieve pre-determined sales and profit objectives. The candidate needs
to have persuasive communication skills as well as strong organizational and writing skills. This position
reports to the Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager - Educational Services. The Education
Sales Specialist is directly responsible for the sales and marketing of Sarnafil Roofing and Waterproofing
Systems to colleges, universities, and public school systems within the assigned region(s). The incumbent
reports to the Regional Manager and to National Sales Manager - Educational Facilities
The
duties and responsibilities include:
National: The Education Specialist
is responsible for the implementation of the national sales program and working closely with the National
Manager and Region Sales Manager(s) in the promotion to and development of educational accounts. The
Ed Specialist is accountable for meeting assigned sales, marketing, and reporting objectives. The Ed
Specialist will maintain an active and updated database of educational accounts and project development.
Regional: The
Education Specialist
will be responsible for providing direct sales and marketing support for regional field sales activities
including supporting both direct Sarnafil sales representatives and manufacturer’s rep organizations
to achieve assigned sales objectives.
The Education Specialist is responsible
and accountable for the development and the implementation of an annual regional sales plan that will
include regional and territory sales revenue objectives, account management and development objectives,
project management status, target accounts, Commence and CMD management, sales training, regional trade
shows attendance, and other designated and non-designated assignments.
Minimum
Qualifications:
- High School Degree
- College
Degree
- 5 years of similar work experience
- Sales
experience within roofing industry highly desirable
- Prior field
service experience with single-ply roofing application
- Valid driver
license
- Computer literate
Personal
Skillset andRequirements:
- Ability to travel
- Valid
Driver license
- Excellent communication, organizational and writing
skills
- Good presentation abilities
