Payroll and Benefit Coordinator
Do

and Benefits Coordinator for our headquarters in Canton, MA. This position is responsible to support
the entire functions of the small Human Resources department for corporate and regional offices, including
but not limited to payroll and e-time administration, benefit administration, new hire paperwork, new
employee orientation and administrative duties. The ideal candidate is fast paced, service oriented,
accurate and will be able to handle confidential information. This position reports to the Human Resources
Manager.
The duties and responsibilities
include:
- Process multi-state payroll, HR profile and e-time for 200
employees
- Administration of benefit programs, including health,
dental, disability, 401(K), stock, tuition reimbursement, etc.
- Investigates
and resolves health claims issues
- Conduct new employee orientation
and benefit orientation
- Administration of Worker’s Compensation
cases
- Handle reception replacement schedule
- Generate
Human Resource department's correspondence and reports
- Support
the process of creation & implementation of company policies
- Collects
survey data to support changes in policy, practice and rates of pay
- Involved
in employee training and development activities
- Handling of miscellaneous
administrative duties
- Helps to plan company employee outings
- Coordinates
employee service recognition awards
- Maintain personnel records
- Responsible
for up-to-date record keeping
- Handle special projects as assigned
by Human Resources Manager
We are looking
forsomeone with the following qualifications:
- High School Degree
- 2+
years experience working in a similar position
- Payroll processing
experience is required
- Human Resources Certification desirable
Personal
Skills and Requirements:
- Provide a service oriented approach
- Extremely
detailed-oriented
- Analytical and mathematical abilities
- Computer
literate (Windows applications, payroll software, ideally ADP including E-Time and HR Profile)
- Possesses
excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able
to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an accurate manner
