Sales Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
Sarnafil

class reputation of reliability and performance. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator/Administrative
Assistant for the Southwest Region. This individual provides sales and administrative support
to the Region through a variety of different tasks. The candidate needs to have customer service
experience as well as exceptional communication, organizational, and writing skills. This individual
should have previous marketing experience to support Regional promotional activities. This position
reports to the Southwest Region Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities for this candidate
will be to support regional activities by maintaining the project tracking database, scheduling and
coordinating tradeshows, support direct sales activities, act as marketing liaison and perform some
administrative duties.
The duties and responsibilities
include:
- Maintain the project tracking database within the region
- Distribute
CMD leads and project opportunities to the sales force
- Coordinate
all trade show activities including staffing, booth set up, ordering needed literature and samples and
distribute leads
- Participate in industry sponsored events as necessary
- Act
as liaison between sales and corporate marketing
- Assist with
the publication of the Regional newsletter and contractor/project profiles
- Coordinate
direct mail activities within the region
- Support sales force in
planning, scheduling and coordinating AIA technical presentations to architects, consultants and owners
- Maintain
regional contractor, architect and owner contact database
- Responsible
for maintaining project quote archive
- Assist architectural sales
activities including the distribution of literature, samples, details, specifications and architectural
binders
- Obtain project specifications and plans when necessary
- Secure
insulation information and necessary bid requirements through SpecWise
- Support
SAP activities throughout region
- Prepare submittal packages
- Perform
administrative duties for the region on an ongoing basis
- Assist
Technical Manager with maintaining NOA records and database
- Other
special projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree, or relevant work experience
- Previous
support position in a sales support function highly desirable.
Skills
and Requirements:
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows and PowerPoint)
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational
skills
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail
oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity
with ERP database systems, preferably SAP,would be a plus
